Our full of life and smiles K&B Dubai UAE Destination Wedding in France is one to remember!
Kelly & Bodruz wanted a fairy tale wedding in a white French castle where mother nature was at the center. They asked Castle Key to bring to life their meaningful destination wedding in the Loire Valley in France to enjoy together with their travelling family and friends.
Endless amount of smiles, laughter, love, beauty and complicity were all concentrated in K&B's destination wedding in the Loire Valley in France. Did we mention full of fun?
Kelly knew what she wanted, this helped our makeup artist Amélie in creating the natural makeup that highlighted Kelly's beautiful blue eyes and her perfect fair skin complexion.
On the wedding day the difference of language did not interfere with Amélie and Kelly's team work, Amélie was very happy getting to know such a beautiful, smiling and easy going future bride, and Kelly and her future maid of honor were delighted to be welcomed with a set of homemade macarons homemade by Amélie's father, and a bottle of Champagne Ruinard, present from Jerémy and David who were Kelly's hair stylists.
Our bride chose an eye shadow from the rosewood palette of "Too Faced", between a glossy brown-pink and pearly-gold to recall the flowers of her crown and the rose gold embroidery of her fabulous ethereal wedding dress, it also perfectly highlighted her amazingly beautiful blue eyes. The creamy and light texture foundation from "Benefit" was adapted to Kelly's complexion and skin type, Amélie says "it is important not to highlight skin imperfections such as age or dehydration". We know that long flight trips can be taxing on skin hydratation so drink a lot. The lipstick was a rosewood shade made with a mix of the pallet palette Dior skin. The blush in pink ashes shade from Too Faced palette, some highlighter to bring a light effect for a bright effect.
During the wedding day the atmosphere was very relaxed, the guests were very friendly. Our bride was happy having the same makeup that she tasted few months before. Our bride felt more confortable with a different lipstick on the wedding day, this is to remember that the trial took place in winter time over Christmas celebrations with a different weather and different natural lights at this period, and our bride was happy to fee comfortable making any last minute changes that would ensure that she feel totally awesome. Kelly used her own lipstick and lip contour from Dior as well as her mascara Dior and found the right bridal makeup artist for her.
Kelly, as all of our bride, is adventure and perfectionist in a good way, destination weddings are a special kind and how to choose your bridal makeup artist is a good question that we are asked.
Kelly chose a makeup and hair styling in line with her theme, physical assets and of course, the dress! Jérémy, hair stylist S2C kept Kelly's hair long and curly to fit her long veil, the flower crown and her amazing ethereal Nicole Milano princess dress. It was an ideal day for the beauty team, K&B have transmitted their emotions to us all, it was beautiful. We have worked with them very early in the organization and rare are the couples who inspire us that much, their kindness, their generosity and their availability allowed us to answer to their expectations. Again thank you K&B and all our wishes of happiness from the beauty team!
Kelly fell in love at first sight on an ethereal Nicole Milano dress from the collection "Colet 2018" at the bridal shop La Maison du Mariage in Angers in the Loire Valley in France. Our partner shop was very excited serving such a beautiful and fun bride. The dress is made of tulle, embroidery and red gold thread. This is a princesse dress that sensually highlighted the west of our bride. The veil in souple tulle named "just une référence" from designer Poirier beautifully complets the dress, Kelly made the perfect choice.
Stéphanie, owner of La Maison du Mariage, said that the whole staff has had a real pleasure welcoming Kelly "I say it with the bottom of my heat, the trials have been wonderful experiences and I have been so moved to see the pictures of Kelly's big day. Alas, we rarely receive future brides who love and wear so beautifully our couture princess dress whereas we have a lot of choice. Anglophone women are so exceptional!. Above all, we want to bring to life every bride's dream."
Kelly wore the remarquable Christian Louboutin, Follies Strass, Version crystal customized to fit the various terrains along her wedding weekend.
A complete set of signage was created and made by so skilled Katie Osborne. From creating the monogram to the guests' bedroom door sign to bridal couple cocktail signs and the wedding favors, a book page, all was thoroughly thought and brought together to create an harmony from the very first moment to the last minute. The save the date created the expectation to their guests, and the reception dinner menu that confirmed the softness and romance of the our bridal couple.
Blush pink and gold with a silhouette of the castle and its tourets that we like to call the Merlin's hats tourets, and Kelly and Bodruz's monogram beautifully adorned by the symbols of the moon and the roses.
The moon-rose bridal couple's logo was used on all stationery printing works such as the menues, the table names, the guest cards, the wedding favors which were beautiful book marks for their guests.
K&B chose the sweet heart table set up so that they could enjoy each guest as much as any guest. The sweet heart table area was set up to reproduce the wood fairy theme with for the background some high green plants highlighted with white lights, the sweet heart table was a luminous table topped with a glass to reflect the many tea lights a wink to Tinker Bell, always surrounded with a beautiful bright light.
Our wedding cake partner Axelle was over the moon to the one to create Kelly and Bodruz's customized wedding cake.
After some exchange of emails and a personal meeting tasting mini cupcakes style, Axelle understood the wishes of Kelly for her cake textures, flavors and design, a cake for fairy tales.
The design was made of Kelly and Bodruz's monogram at the top, a fresh flowers fall from top to the base matching the shade of Kelly's wedding dress, adorned with glitter and gold leaf and a touch of lemon scent, Kelly's favorit flavor. The lemon cake were filled filled with light cream, wrapped in a chocolate shell and dressed with sugar icing.
The six storey wedding cake was nearly 80 cm high, and decorated with a cascade of roses, sparkeld with glitter, dotted with gold leaf and topped with the edible monogram of Kelly and Bodruz.
Bodruz brought straight from Cuba a box of Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure No 2 to share with his friends.
From Chateau du Rivau's perspective, one word stands out "MERCI !"
