A Few Important Details
At times we may not be able to accommodate a particular request, or part of your request, due to one of the following reasons:
The team is fully booked during the period of your event.
The desired location for your event is not available on your selected date; in such cases, we will analyze the best alternative venue of equal or greater benefit, always according to your wishes and events specificities, before considering cancelation.
The desired product or service is currently unavailable for reasons beyond our control; in such cases, we will analyze the best alternative product/service of equal or greater quality, always according to your wishes and events specificities, before considering cancelation.
If there are any concerns or issues with an arrangement, venue, product, or service, you will be contacted immediately by one of our administrators, designers, or planners.
If you change your mind about an arrangement, venue, product, or service and wish to cancel, you may do so up to our suppliers’ and partners’ cancelation terms and conditions—we provide all of this information during your initial consultation about your event.
Castle Key’s Privacy Policy
Castle Key is committed to protecting your privacy. Only authorized individuals within our company and within partner companies are allowed to view relevant information for the completion of their duties. Your information is NEVER revealed beyond these select individuals, all of whom sign confidentiality agreements. We take the utmost care with our systems and data to ensure security and privacy.
For registered customers with a login, Castle Key stores your personal information only to conduct the services you are requesting us to complete. For individuals viewing our site or requesting information, Castle Key does not store any personal information.
